Bio & Research Interests: Joshua is a Vice-Principal Research postdoctoral fellow in both the Baker Lab & the De France Lab at Queen’s University. He will investigate how electrochemical environments influence the stability & integrity of natural materials as sustainable electrode alternatives for electrochemical CO2 conversion. His PhD explored interfacial phenomena of complex fluids using microscopy & electrochemistry. |

Bio & Research Interests: Dr. Noushin Rajabalinia is a polymer chemist with 7+ years of international experience in polymer synthesis, emulsion polymerization, and sustainable coatings. She has led NSERC-funded collaborations with BASF, SAFRAN, and ADFAST, focusing on materials innovation, reaction engineering, and bio-based formulations for industrial applications. |

Bio & Research Interests: Originally from Lebanon. I obtained my PhD in materials chemistry at McGill University under the supervision of Prof. Mathew Harrington. I am interested in studying structure-function relationships in biopolymeric materials, and adapting natural design principles to fabricate advanced high performance materials. Beyond the lab, I am passionate about baking, table tennis, coffee, and weighlifting. |
